Where is D.I.Y. Costumes located?

140 Wood Street.  We have recently moved DIY Costumes back to the main store, so we really are now a 'one stop party shop'!  If you have any enquiries regarding costumes please call us on 07 4953 4966 or 07 4951 2341 or email us on diyparty@hotmail.com

What parking is available?

We have a customer carpark and there is also additional street parking available.

Yes we can post your order to you via Australia Post, or use a courier of your choosing

Do you have to pay a deposit for hiring?

WEDDING HIRE:  A non-refundable holding deposit of 10% applies to all bookings.  This holding deposit is paid at the time of booking.  You must also leave two phone numbers and a copy of your driver's licence.  The hire charges must be paid in full one week prior to pick up.  You will not receive a refund of the balance of the hire fee if you cancel in the week of hire.  A refundable security deposit is also required.  This will be refunded on the safe return of items hired.  For further information please see our Decorations Hire Charges List.

COSTUME HIRE: A refundable security deposit of $50 is charged on all full costume hire.

What is your returns policy?

Proof of purchase must be presented when making a return and items must be returned in a reasonable time frame, in original condition (with original packaging).  Change of mind is not a valid reason.  For further details and a list of non-returnable items, please see our returns & refunds policy.
